When bringing GP Usopp to the bossstage you will have enough time to get the 2 DEX orbs up while beating Gan Fall down to ~70%.

Once you got your orbs. Release Calgara + Kaku specials and finish.

If you struggle with heal, use Ivankov special.

It may be difficult to get Law and/or Apu from Rare Recruit but this is probably the fastest and most hard hitting team for this fortnight.
....and total overkill since Ganfall only has 880.000 HP.

Alternative: Use Duval or Wiper as Captain, if you are free to play or don't have SWace

Finally a use for SW Ace. Most Shooters are Free Spirit characters and so are 2 raidbosses. Use it to your advantage. With this amount of HP you can't go wrong.
Use Orb Manipulation with Heracles if needed.

Btw. don't understimate Duvals 20% HP cut and 50% Def for a turn.
If that is not enough damage for you. Get Doflamingo instead Usopp or Wiper to double orb effects.
