You can blast through all stages without stalling. You MUST defeat the 2 front pirates first or else each of them chains all QCK characters for 3 turns.
(Using Lv. 3 Chainsocket will negate it completely).
Pearl hits for 9000 HP so make sure you have more HP than that.
Pro Tipp: Just use a DEF reducer or destroyer. Or use Enel entering the stage which will knock out the pirates.

Tashigi
This run is a bit tricky beginning on Stage 4.
A QCK Giant will chain a random character for 2 turns.
The front 2x PSY Pistol Ensigns will deal 2000 damage each when you defeat them.
Stage 5
Tashigi will block STR/QCK/DEX specials for 3 turns.
Each of those marines will do their specials when defeated.

Just stall as much as you can without getting hit too many times. You need the HP for the boss stage. Use GP Usopp there. Focus the DEX and QCK Saber if they have a lower turn otherwise do QCK Saber last since he will buff DEF for all. Or deny it with sockets.

Tough enemy. Fast clear is needed if possible since he attacks every turn.
Here it is possible to super fast clear this run with someone who uses [Meat] orbs to convert them or buffs them to heal even more. (Machvise, Bonnie)

Defeat in 6 turns
Use a damage reducer like Nami to block Smokers high attacks Combo up until ~55 % HP then burst him down to 0. Using a Perona here will deal 1290 damage to you. Alvida reduces to 2580 damage.

F2P Slasher
Stages 1-3 are used for stalling without problems.
Use Usopp on entering Ryuma stage 4. Punch him down to 55% within 3 turns delay. Get hit once for 4000 damage using Auto-Heal. Then continue.
Use DEX Mihawk on Ryuma and defeat before he hits you another time
Lv. 3 Anti Despair sockets will grant you these turns.
Just combo smoker down and use Doffy and Momonga to burst a lot damage.
Block Smokers attack with Nami.
You have 6 turns to defeat Smoker so use specials wisely.
