Most important character to have here is a high STR fighter. Rest is all about dealing damage.

Reduce Wanzes DEF with your own Wanze and finish him.

F2P: Absaloms Shooter

Once again the own fortnight drop is a good sub against Wanze.
You can replace Duval with any STR shooter if you don't have him.
I like the 20% HP cut and 50% DEF for a turn, though.
Anyway... remove Wanzes DEF with Perona and finish him.

You should be aware that you can not kill Nero within 1 turn.

So you need over 2260 HP to survive a hit. Either replace Franky or Arlong for a high HP DEX or QCK sub so you have enough HP.

Guaranteed full [STR] orbs with Kraken + Marine, then boost orbs with Arlong.

Mihawk with a max special is recommened here.
